Join us in store with Helena Moursellas & Vikki Moursellas

Greeks embody a deep appreciation for good food shared with friends and family, and the local taverna is often at the heart of this. In OPA! authors Helena and Vikki Moursellas traverse Greece, visiting these beloved eateries and learning their traditional recipes.

OPA! is a celebration of these classic taverna dishes: from refreshing salads featuring height-of-season produce and inviting appetisers, such as stuff ed fried olives, freshly fried vegetable fritters and dolmades, to crowd-favourite chicken souvlaki and fries, baked snapper with lemon sauce, and a sticky fi g and honey semifreddo to round out the meal. Among these recipes, Helena and Vikki share their travel diaries of the tavernas they discover and the owners who lovingly run them.

Books will be available to purchae in store and get signed by the authors themselves!
